For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. www.jshine.in allows the User to surf the Website or make purchases without registering on the Website. Registration
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website.
To register on the Website the Member/Client will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited to name, e-mail, contact number, contact address, and customer verification question (example: your mother’s maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes only.
Registration is only a one-time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall log in / sign into his / her account.
Once the product is ordered or the booking amount is made, registration of the Member will be done automatically.
The customer also has the option to collect the registration/enrollment form from the Company Outlet.
Order/Product Booking
Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart; or
Call our trained staff on 0172-5053111 to place an order. The Member will receive the form for ordering via email/ fax/ courier based on their convenience else can collect physically from Company Outlet.
In the event of a Member/Client wishing to make a purchase, then he/she may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. The Members shall also provide any other mandatory information required under law like Personal Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number at the time of purchase.
Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
To confirm the orders, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member.

Product Availability
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may not own any of the diamonds and other products listed on the Website. In such cases, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. only orders the products listed on the Website from third-party traders and merchants after the confirmation of the order by the Member and delivers the same to the Member. In such a scenario, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Member might have been traded since the listing on the Website and might not be available at that point in time. In case of non-availability, the member/client has the option to select any other product from the same category in which he/she booked the product earlier.
Jewelry prices vary from one category of product to another and seller to seller where numerous factors like the reputation of the sellers, brand value, design of the Jewellery, etc. have an impact on the price of the jewelry. The demand and supply of diamonds in the market can also affect the price of the product. The prices stated on the Website may be substantially higher or lower than the actual prices in the retail markets.
All pricing information available on the Website must be used as a general guideline for jewelry prices. All grading and pricing are subjective methods of analysis and no guarantee is made or liability assumed as to the accuracy or validity of the information provided by the Service or the expertise of those providing information via the Service.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on the Website due to system errors. JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and the Company does not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. The prices on the Website are also subject to change without notice.

Product Weight Variance
The product weight mentioned on the website for jewelry and mounts may vary upon manufacturing of the product. In case, the customer receives a product with less weight than the value paid for, then, such differential amount will be added to the wallet, which he/she can use for the next booking rather than asking for a refund and if the product weight is higher than that mentioned on the website, then, such differential amount will have to be paid at the time of delivery.
Advance / Part Payment
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, request the Member to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Member at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. to the Member in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit.
The member has the option to book the product through Installment Plan. But in this case, the product will be delivered once the Installment plan is completed. Also, if the member feels to redeem the product in between, then, he/she can redeem the product as per the amount deposited.
The pricing of the products will be at the sole discretion of JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
Category
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. deals in various product categories. At present, it deals in the Elegant Collection Category which consists of Diamond Jewellery products only. On a later phase, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. will increase its collection categories as per the market demand. The price tag of each category or product in the category will be at the sole discretion of JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
Promotional Program or Special Offers
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. or its marketing partner will run various promotional programs or special offers time to time. The description of such offers will be decided by the company or its marketing partner.
Certificate
Jewelry / Mounts
The diamonds in the Jewellery / Mounts will not be individually certified. The entire Jewellery will be certified either by an independent third party certifying authority or by JShine.in depending on the value of the Jewellery.
Insurance
Only transit insurance shall be provided by JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. and it shall be valid only up to the time of acceptance of delivery.
Shipping Policy
We usually ship the product within 20 working days after receiving the order. We will arrange shipping of your order with our courier partner to deliver to your doorstep. Orders for multiple Products may be shipped separately. Delivery of Product to you is approximately 30 working days. The company does not guarantee a delivery schedule. All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number. Claims for damaged or missing shipping must be reported immediately. If the package is tearing, or damaged with any condition then does not accept it.
Shipping charges are applicable for National/international customers as per product wait and price.
The company will inform you of estimated delivery dates but is not liable for any delivery delays or failure to ship by the estimated due date, including without limitation as a result of events beyond the Company’s or its shippers’ reasonable control, including without limitation shortage of materials, transportation failure, or acts of God.
For International orders, the shipping charges are calculated and charged at the time of order booking. There may be additional duties and taxes/vat charges applied to your order by your local government depending on your country. These charges are not charged or collected by the Company, and thus they cannot be reimbursed by the Company. Please note that the Company’s international courier carrier pays any duties and taxes that are due on the goods on your behalf when your shipment arrives to your country. Your order is released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.
Exchange/Return
If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.
We offer you a no questions asked, 7-day exchange policy on all website purchases. For any reason you wish to exchange an item purchased from JShine.in online, simply notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange it for another item or give you a store credit for up to the same value, no questions asked.
Cancellation
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 2 hours if he/she wish to. Simply go the order page and cancel the item. Once you cancel the item, our account department will process your refund within 2-5 working days and it will credit to your account via sathe me method within 10 working days.
Refund Policy
A refund will be possible in case of cancellation of the order by us or by the customer. Customers can cancel the der any time before shipping, simply go to the “My Account” order page and cancel the order. We can cancel the order at any time without prior notice to the customer.
How to cancel the order
You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us via e-mail at contact@jshine.in or over the phone at our customer care number 0172-5053111 within 2 hours. Alternatively, you can also cancel from ‘My Account section of your registered account at www.jshine.in. Your order will be canceled if it has not been shipped by our team and we will refund the order value, as applicable. Moreover, if the order has been shipped by our team but has not yet been delivered to you, you may cancel the order by contacting us as mentioned above. Your refund will only be processed by us, as applicable, once we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier/logistics partner. We will process your refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).
