By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Jshine Souk Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with JShine Private Limited. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. www.jshine.in allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean JShine Souk Private Limited When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions. User may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website.
To register onto the Website the Member/Client will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother’s maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes only.
Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account.
Once the product is ordered or booking amount is made, registration of the Member will be done automatically.
The customer also has the option to collect the registration/enrollment form from the Company Outlet.
Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart; or
Call our trained staff on 0172-5053111 to place an order. The Member will receive the form for ordering via email/ fax/ courier based on their convenience else can collect physically from Company Outlet.
In the event of a Member/Client wishing to make a purchase, then he/she may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. The Members shall also provide any other mandatory information required under law like Personal Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number at the time of purchase.
Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
To confirm the orders, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may not own any of the diamonds and other products listed on the Website. In such cases, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. only orders the products listed on the Website from third party traders and merchants after the confirmation of the order by the Member and delivers the same to the Member. In such a scenario, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Member might have been traded since the listing on the Website and might not be available at that point of time. In case of non-availability, the member/client has the option to select any other product from the same category in which he/she has booked the product earlier.
Jwellery prices vary from one category of product to another and seller to seller where numerous factors like reputation of the sellers, brand value, design of the Jewellery etc. have an impact on the price of the jwellery. The demand and supply of diamonds in the market can also affect the price of the product. The prices stated on the Website may be substantially higher or lower than the actual prices in the retail markets.
All pricing information available on the Website must be used as a general guideline for jwellery prices. All grading and pricing are subjective methods of analysis and no guarantee is made or liability assumed as to the accuracy or validity of the information provided by the Service or the expertise of those providing information via the Service.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on the Website due to system errors. JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and the Company does not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. The prices on the Website are also subject to change without notice.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
The product weight mentioned on the website for jewellery and mounts may vary upon manufacturing of the product. In case, the customer receives a product with less weight than the value paid for, then, such differential amount will be added in the wallet, which he/she can use for next booking rather asking for refund and if the product weight is higher than that mentioned on website, then, such differential amount will have to be paid at the time of delivery.
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, request the Member to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Member at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. to the Member in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit.
The member has the option to book the product through Installment Plan. But in this case, the product will be delivered once the Installment plan is completed. Also, if the member feels to redeem the product in between, then, he/she can redeem the product as per the amount deposited.
The pricing of the products will be at sole discretion of JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. deals in various product categories. At present, it deals in Elegant Collection Category which consists of Diamond Jewellery products only. On later phase, JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. will increase its collection categories as per the market demand. The price tag of each category or products in the category will be at sole discretion of JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd.
JShine Souk Pvt. Ltd. or its marketing partner will run various promotional programs or special offers time to time. The description of such offers will be decided by the company or its marketing partner.
