Terms and Conditions of Premium Club

Premium Club
Objective: To gain the loyalty of the customer and to ensure recurring business whereby, the company gives the customer more benefits in terms of rewards and reward points.
Classification of Clubs
The Premium Club benefits according to the customer’s shopping value are given below:-

Club Explained

  1. Pear Club:

If a customer does the shopping of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 99,999/- then, Rs. 4000/- the benefit is raised.
Redemption of Rs. 4000/- benefit

  1. The Rs.4000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer if he/she does the shopping of Rs 54,000/- or more
  2. The Rs.4000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer in his/her next shopping if the current billed amount is less than Rs. 54,000/-

The remaining balance amount is put into the customer’s E-wallet account and can be adjusted in his/her next billing excluding all previous benefits.
Loyalty Benefit: There are no Loyalty benefits in the premium pears club.
Other Benefit: Exchange of the product is there but there is no buyback.

  1. Emerald Club

If a customer does the shopping of Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,99,999/- then, Rs. 10,000/- the benefit is raised.
Redemption of Rs. 10,000/- Benefit

  1. The Rs.10,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer if he/she does the shopping of Rs 1,10,000/- or more
  2. The Rs.10,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer in his/her next shopping if the current billed amount is less than Rs. 1,10,000/-

The remaining balance amount is put into the customer’s E-wallet account and can be adjusted in his/her next billing excluding all previous benefits.
Loyalty Benefit: For every 200 Rs. Shopping within Rs. 1, 00,000/- to Rs. 1,99,999/-, one loyalty point/cash point is raised.
Other Benefit: In Emerald club, the exchange of the product is there but buyback facility can be availed after 2 years from the date of purchase.

  1. Marquise Club

If a customer does the shopping of Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 4,99,999/- then, Rs. 20,000/- the benefit is raised.
Redemption of Rs. 20,000/- Benefit

  1. The Rs.20,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer if he/she does the shopping of Rs 2,20,000/- or more
  2. The Rs.20,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer in his/her next shopping if the current billed amount is less than Rs. 2,20,000/-

The remaining balance amount is put into the customer’s E-wallet account and can be adjusted in his/her next billing excluding all previous benefits.

Loyalty Benefit: For every 100 Rs. Shopping within Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 4,99,999/-, one loyalty point/cash point is raised.
Other Benefit: In Marquise club, the exchange of the product is there but buyback facility can be availed after 1 year from the date of purchase.

  1. Princess Club

If a customer does the shopping of Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 9,99,999/- then, Rs. 50,000/- the benefit is raised.
Redemption of Rs. 50,000/- Benefit

  1. The Rs.50,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer if he/she does the shopping of Rs 5,50,000/- or more
  2. The Rs.50,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer in his/her next shopping if the current billed amount is less than Rs. 5,50,000/-

The remaining balance amount is put into the customer’s E-wallet account and can be adjusted in his/her next billing excluding all previous benefits.

Loyalty Benefit: For every Rs.50/- Shopping within Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 9,99,999/-, one loyalty point/cash point is raised.
Other Benefit: In Princess Club, the exchange of the product is there but buyback facility can be availed after 6 months from the date of purchase.

  1. R.B. Club

If a customer does the shopping of Rs. 10,00,000 or more then, Rs. 1,00,000/- the benefit is raised.
Redemption of Rs. 1,00,000/- Benefit

  1. The Rs.1,00,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer if he/she does the shopping of Rs 11,00,000/- or more
  2. The Rs.1,00,000/- benefit can be redeemed by the customer in his/her next shopping if the current billed amount is less than Rs. 11,00,000/-

The remaining balance amount is put into the customer’s E-wallet account and can be adjusted in his/her next billing excluding all previous benefits.

Loyalty Benefit: For every Rs.25 Shopping above Rs. 10,00,000, one loyalty point/cash point is raised.
Other Benefits: In R.B. Club, the exchange of the product is there but the buyback facility can be availed after 3 months from the date of purchase.
Note: In exchange for a JShine product, we deduct 10% of making charges and all the requisite benefits/discounts/bonuses that were ever given to the customer previously.
